The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Brenden P. Kelley, Kelley for Ohio, refunded $2,900 to Lynn Kelley on Aug. 6, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Kelley for Ohio has refunded $4,700 total since March 1.
