City of Chardon issued the following announcement on Mar 4.
First Energy's The Illuminating Company is encouraging customers experiencing financial hardship to contact us as soon as possible to establish affordable payment arrangements or obtain assistance before winter utility disconnection moratoriums are lifted and shut-offs for nonpayment resume April 15.
