DEPUTIES:
To be considered for hiring you must:
* Be OPOTA Peace Officer certified
* Have a high school diploma or GED
* Be a US citizen
* Be a resident of Ohio
* Have a valid driver's license
* Be at least 21 years of age
* Background Investigation
* Polygraph Examination
* Psychological Examination
* Drug Screen
CORRECTIONS OFFICERS:
Requirements and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED

* Have a valid driver’s license
* Be 21-years-old at the time you start.
* Civil service application and questionnaire
* Interview
* Background Investigation
* Polygraph Examination
* Psychological Examination
