Did you know there are different classes of maple syrup that reflect color and taste? If not, we have just the VIRTUAL "Lunch & Learn" program for you!
Tomorrow (Wednesday) from noon to 1 PM, enjoy a Zoom-based lesson all about maple sugaring! Naturalist Karie looks forward to sharing the history of maple syrup, how your Park District makes maple syrup (pictured below), and why the different color classes exist.
