From March 15, 2023 post.

For today’s #WineryWomenWednesday we would like to introduce you one of the first women winemakers in Ohio.

Meet Kimberly Laurello, who owns Laurello Vineyards with her husband, Larry! Kimberly strives to make the winery a place where customers are treated as family and encouraged to sample the wines in a casual, friendly atmosphere. Over the years, Kim has learned to wear many hats beginning with the creation of a delicious menu based on family recipes! We highly recommend enjoying one of their delicious dishes during your next visit.

One of Kim’s proudest accomplishments is the winery’s involvement in fundraising for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, in memory of her sister and friends lost to this disease. Utilizing seasonal weekly specials, raffles, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of two beautiful Rosé wines named after her sister. Laurello’s has donated thousands of dollars over the past twenty years towards breast cancer research, thanks in large part to the generosity of their customers.

Give them a follow on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & TikTok, and stop by for a visit and see why this winery has been a local favorite for over 20 years! You may even run into Kim, as she is seen regularly throughout the winery, kitchen, wine bar, & cellar doing what she loves most.
