We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to serve in our civil division.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum educational attainment of a high school diploma or GED.
* At least 18 years of age.
* Physical and mental state of fitness to adequately perform the essential job functions.
ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answers/directs calls from general public.
* Assists other employees whenever necessary.
* Attends special job-related meetings and trainings.
* Collects data for monthly status reports.
* Compiles statistical data.
* Among other duties.
