The Sheriff’s Office is experiencing trouble with non emergency phone line transfers from the police agencies that we dispatch for. If you are trying to call your local Police Department such as Dennison, Uhrichsville, Strasburg, Port Washington, Gnaden, Bolivar, Midvale, etc…..you may need to call 330-339-2000.

You can still call 911 for emergencies, we are not having any trouble with those lines.

The phone company has been advised.
