This is a scam through Facebook. The person hacks an account of someone you know so it will show you have mutual friends. Then they will send you a friend request. The person will then send you a message saying they saw your name on the FJP Winners List. Once you accept the friend request they have access to your page. This is another reminder to never accept a friend request from someone you don't know.
