The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office has learned of the passing of retired K-9 India. India was part of a team that included State Fire Marshal Investigator and handler John Weber.
John and India worked many scenes with the TCSO and played a vital role in determining the cause
and origin of fires and solving some arsons.
India was an excellent public servant and will certainly be missed.
